INTERVIEW BOO-BOOS

I interviewed a few applicants at work last week and here are a couple of boo-boos I must share with you.

ME: What do you like most about the call center industry?
APPLICANT 1: Inbound and outbound.

ME: How do you handle criticism?
APPLICANT 2: Yes!
