I asked an applicant earlier-- Why do you want to work for a call center?

She answers, "To improve my oral abilities."

I almost fell off my chair.

I looked at her in the eye and said, "Never say that again. Next time, just say you want to improve your communication skills, never say oral abilities again, okay?"
