FROZEN BANANAS

I decided to make frozen bananas for dessert last night. We had bananas and a big rabbit-shaped milk chocolate bar that my sister, Kristine brought from the U.S. (we were planning on making fondue but it never pushed through). I also had a bag of Hershey's dark chocolate chips.

It's super easy to make!

1. Push popsicle sticks halfway through the banana. Lay Bananas on wax paper (you can also use aluminum foil).
2. Put the bananas in your freezer for about an hour.
3. Melt chocolate (use whatever kind of chocolate you like) and some butter in a double boiler. You just need to fill a saucepan with water then let it boil. Then get a pyrex bowl or another saucepan and just lay it on top of the saucepan. Basically, the steam from the boiling water will melt the chocolate and butter.
4. Mix, mix, mix.
5. Once the chocolate and butter is completely melted, let the mixture cool for a bit.
6. Get a spoon and dip it in the chocolate. If it sticks, then it's time to bring out the bananas.
7. Dip the frozen banana in chocolate. Feel free to roll it in chocolate sprinkles or crushed nuts.
8. In about a minute, the chocolate should harden.
9. EAT!
